We have all seen the commercials on late-night television soliciting victims of accidents or defective products. While direct solicitation works, it does little to help build brand. Without significant retention, these messages must utilize heavy media frequency. 

Our approach for Waltman was extremely different. The vast majority of personal injury cases involve blue collar, working class people. We created television commercials that were positioned as public service announcements. The concept was to generate awareness and create the image for Waltman as a firm that cared about people and the issues affecting them. When tested, the firm had awareness levels 55% higher than the nearest competitor and an image as a community leader. The campaign generated business while creating an image for the firm as a company you would want to have represented your cause.
