Rhymes was hired to stimulate new cases for a firm that specialized in personal injury litigation. Our approach was not typical. The marketing strategy we developed did not utilize the direct solicitation approach utilized by referral lawyers. In direct contrast, the agency created a series of commercials that were public service messages to raise awareness and position the firm as one interested in the causes of the working class. A more positive image was achieved. In an independent study, the firm’s recognition factor was 55% higher than that of the nearest competitor.
