KH is often used in reference to Master Koot Humi, sometimes spelled Kuthumi, one of the Teachers of the Ancient Wisdom and a high-ranking member of the Spiritual Hierarchy overseeing human affairs and destiny. Along with Master Moria and Master Djwahl Kul, he is responsible for gifting humanity with the teachings that laid the foundations of Theosophy, as presented in the writings of Helena Blavatsky and Alice Bailey.
