And the whole year's sowing time,
Comes now to the perfect harvest,
And ripens now into rhyme.

A waste of time
To read this nonsense
Yet, I rhyme!

Quickening the very pace of time,
stealing my feet and making me rhyme?

Still shalt thou type the poet-soul sublime
That leads the vanward of his timid time
And sings up cowards with commanding rhyme --
